Here we have our first glimpse of Big D in next years thriller SAFE HOUSE. Although it looks like Denzel has just gotten out of bed to answer the front door, his character is infact a rogue CIA agent in the custody of mega-rookie Ryan Reynolds. When their safe house is attacked by masked gunmen, Reynolds is forced to escort Denzel the deadly criminal to another CIA safe house, warding off hundreds of bullets along the way.
Director Daniel Espinosa’s 2010 thriller SNABBA CASH met with positive reviews in his native Sweden, and it seems he hasn’t wasted a second in gathering an impressive cast and crafting another explosive film. SAFE HOUSE also stars Brendan Gleeson, Robert Patrick, Sam Shepard, Liam Cunningham and Rubén Blades.
SAFE HOUSE is due for release in the US on 10th February and in the UK on the 24th February 2012.
