A new trailer has dropped for the upcoming release of Robot Dreams, the Oscar-nominated animated feature film set for a debut in the summer. This is the new U.S. trailer for the film which will get a limited release in May before a wider stretch in June.
The synopsis for the movie is as follows:
Dog lives in Manhattan and he’s tired of being alone. One day he decides to build himself a robot, a companion. Their friendship blossoms, until they become inseparable, to the rhythm of 80’s NYC. One summer night, DOG, with great sadness, is forced to abandon ROBOT at the beach.
In terms of the UK and a chance for British audiences to check this one out – well, its already out there after being released back in late March. Track it down if you can.
