Al Pacino replaces Robert De Niro in 'Son Of No One'

I love Al Pacino. One of my best mates recommended that I check out 88 Minutes the other day. We don’t talk any more. Just kidding, but what was that movie all about? Maybe I should watch it again as I had about ten pints inside me and I was drifting in and out of conciousness. Anyway, the man has just signed up for another project. Son of No One is a flick which originally had another legend, Robert De Niro, in the lead.

Dito Montiel directs the film, which will be produced by Holly Wiersma. Channing Tatum is being sweet talked into co-starring opposite Pacino.

The script, written by Montiel, centers on a young cop who is assigned to a precinct in the working class neighborhood where he grew up, with an old secret surfacing and threatening to destroy his life and family.

Shooting kicks off in New York City on March 22nd.
