Flight of the Phoenix and Max Payne helmer John Moore is set to fly into space as he has signed to direct Final Orbit for 20th Century Fox.
The film tells the story of some lottery winners who are vacationing on the International Space Station but when it is damaged, the vacation becomes a nightmare, trapping the tourists alone in a crippled module with no astronauts to help them.
Russell Gewirtz (Inside Man) wrote the screenplay which is based on the graphic novel adapted by Phil De Blasi & Byron Willinger.
