A biopic based around the legendary rap group NWA is being planned and The Hollywood Reporter are reporting that Andrea Berloff (World Trade Center) has been hired to write the script.
The band featured Ice Cube, Dr Dre, Eazy-E, MC Ren and DJ Yella, and they had a string of classic tracks including Straight Outta Compson and F**k The Police.
Cube produces the film through his Cube Vision Productions and New Line Cinema.
