Toy Story 3 has become the film to gross the biggest weekend opening of 2010 in the UK after nabbing £21 million in its first three days. It sits just behind Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban as the second biggest opener in the UK ever.
“These characters are like family and so we could not be more proud of the response to Toy Story 3 this weekend,” said producer Darla K. Anderson to DS.
“We are thrilled that fans – old and new – continue to embrace and love these characters as much as we do.”
