Risque Scottish comedian Frankie Boyle has been given his own Channel 4 TV show, it was announced today. The controversial comic will host a six-part show featuring stand-up as well as pre-filmed sketches.
Already, Frankie Boyle’s Tramadol Nights is being described as a no-holds-barred experience.
In addition C4 news, Peep Show will also return for a seventh series, making it the longest running comedy in Channel 4 history.
Also receiving their own comedy show is Morgana Robinson, who will appear in a seven-show run on the British terrestrial channel. Robsinson’s show was greenlit on the back of a taster tape of her material.
