One of my favourite directors, Robert Rodriguez, conducted a Facebook chat over the weekend where he commented on his upcoming projects, including plans for a second film in the SIN CITY series, where he kind of confirmed that he will tackle the project just as soon as he completes work on SPY KIDS 4: ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD, which is currently shooting in Austin, Texas.
Speaking during the chat, Rodriguez was quoted in saying:
“Frank Miller and I are working on it […] It’s slated to be the next one, but if the script is not ready, then we’ll have to move to the next one.”
And it looks like one of the popular characters from the first film may be back for some more action, Bruce Willis’s Hartigan…
“I wanna bring him back for Sin City because he’s so bad-ass.”
