Alan Ball, the genius behind the blood-bath TV series, TRUE BLOOD, has released himself from the vampire’s grip to jump on board a new project. He’s set to direct and co-produce a new dark comedy for the silver screen. Elan Mastai sold the pitch to Paramount, and is down for writing the screenplay.
The plot is being kept under lock and key, but the source of the news, Deadline, has said to expect a big twist. I certainly would expect nothing less of Ball.
