Out this Friday, Mike Leigh‘s ANOTHER YEAR is a film that will likely bring a tear (or a few choked back sobs… or full blown hysterical crying) to your eye. Centred around a small, typically British, family and friend unit, the film takes place over a 12 month period. And we all know a lot can happen in that time. Jim Broadbent and Ruth Sheen star as the main couple, coping with the trials and tribulations of life as as you get older.
This new clip shows the scene where the couple’s son brings home the new girlfriend for a ‘meet the parents’ moment.
