Heat Vision is reporting that Chad Michael Murray (the stud of ONE TREE HILL fame) will star in new, spooky-house horror, THE HAUNTING IN GEORGIA.
Along with Abigail Spencer (MAD MEN), Katee Sackhoff (CSI), and Emily Alyn Lind (THE SECRET LIFE OF BEES), Murray plays Andy Wyrick, a (much needed in a film such as this) sceptic with a family of four, who’s wife is susceptible to freaky-deaky visions of the dead. The story is apparently based on the “real-life” Wyrick family, who were pestered by some unruly ghosts after they unknowingly acquired a haunted home.
Shooting starts later this month in Baton Rouge.
