Michael Bay‘s money-making franchise is starting up its marketing campaign this week, and JoBlo managed to get his hands on the first teaser poster for the new movie, TRANSFORMERS: DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. Unfortunately it doesn’t give us much to actually talk about. It just shows Optimus Prime standing majestically, posing like a bad ass just ready and waiting to start up the fight. Again. Who knows what the big glowy light in the background is? Any ideas? Bothered much?
The trailer for TRANSFORMER 3 is expected anytime soonish so keep checking back for updates. Hopefully it’ll show us some clips of Rosie Huntington-Whitely managing to out-act her predecessor, Megan Fox.
Also starring Shia LaBeouf, John Malkovich, Frances McDormand and Patrick Dempsey, DARK SIDE OF THE MOON is set to hit cinemas in June 2011.
