Speaking to US gossip website TMZ, Charlie Sheen has revealed that he wants to reprise his role as Ricky ‘Wild Thing’ Vaughn in a sequel to the 1980’s baseball movie Major League.
Sheen just appeared on “TMZ Live” — where he told us he’s doing everything in his power to get a “Major League 3” movie on the big screen.
FYI — Charlie knows the 1998 movie “Major League: Back to the Minors” is technically considered “ML3” … but Sheen considers that movie an “abortion” — and doesn’t think it should be counted with the rest of the series.
See the full article over here. So, what do we think. I haven’t seen the original movie for at least 15 years or more, but even I owned a Cleveland Indians baseball hat at the tail end of the 1980’s… This could work.
