That’s right the mega superstars of Justin Bieber and Ashton Kutcher look to be teaming up for an upcoming buddy comedy.
The film from Sony WHAT WOULD KENNY DO? sees Beiber meet his thirty something self in Kutcher, much like that of Bruce Willis’s THE KID. The script from Chris Baldi was one that was on the The Black List 2008 and as this as the synopsis:
“A seventeen-year-old high school kid meets a ‘hologram’ of himself at thirty-seven-years-old and benefits from their friendship.”
The script has had a rewrite from the men behind (500) DAYS OF SUMMER, Scott Neistadter and Michael Weber. Now I’m liking the sound of the script but it seems Hollywood is trying to destroy every promising story coming out of The Black List previously seen with the negative reports about Mel Gibson and Jodie Foster’s THE BEAVER. But the inclusion of Bieber is not a surprise with the studios looking for a slam dunk commercially and Bieber’s already shown interest in acting with his stint in CSI.
