At 10.30pm UK time (BST) tonight, a special preview of RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES is being broadcast LIVE on the internet on the official Facebook page for AVATAR, which has over 14 million followers. The event is being beamed live from WETA’s headquarters in Wellington, New Zealand, where WETA’s Joe Letteri and Dan Lemmon will give viewers an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at their work on the film, a reality-based cautionary tale that blends science fiction and science-fact. WETA being the visual effects geniuses behind some of the most amazing effects in Hollywood history. LORD OF THE RINGS anyone?
