According to GK Films, Angelina Jolie’s IN THE LAND OF BLOOD AND HONEY has been picked up for distribution by Filmdistrict.
Her previously unreleased directorial debut is a love story set in the Bosnian war. It was shot last year, and stars Zana Marjanovic. It has filmed in both English and BHS, the former Serbo-Croatian language.
Filmdistrict have apparently been the biggest buyers this year at Cannes and plan to release the film in the U.S. this December.
