Bad news if you’re a fan of the TV show Teen Wolf. It was announced at the San Diego Comic Con on Thursday that the show will officially end after season six.
Deadline reports the news that the 20-episode sixth season, which kicks off on MTV in November, will be the last, and the series’ 100th episode, which will air in 2017 will be its finale.
“Teen Wolf has been an extraordinary journey, one that captured the hearts and imaginations of fans more than we could’ve ever imagined,” said showrunner and executive producer Jeff Davis. “We’re eternally grateful for the support we’ve received over these past six years and we’re excited to take our brave fans on one last, thrilling adventure.”
The TV show starred Tyler Posey, Dylan O’Brien, Holland Roden, Dylan Sprayberry, Cody Christian and Khylin Rhambo, some of who were at today’s Comic Con panel.
