After years of trying to shake off the legacy TEEN WOLF TOO, Jason Bateman isn’t doing too bad for himself. With the highly-succesful ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT behind him, and a string of hit comedy movies, Bateman is hot property right now. And according to Deadline, he’s currently in talks to add to his impressive resume with THE INSANE LAWS, a Universal production also starring Vince Vaughn.
The film is the brainchild of writer-director Jeremy Garelick (THE BREAK-UP) and his based on his own real-life experiences. It centres around two friends whose relationship is severely tested when their respective son and daughter hook up and become pregnant. With original and intriguing subject matter, and a potential string cast, this could be one project to keep an eye on.
