Bryan Cranston is currently shooting the remake of TOTAL RECALL with Colin Farrell and director Len Wiseman, but the thesp is already lining up his next project, according to Variety. Cranston could be heading to director Ben Affleck’s ARGO, which surprisingly does not revolve around a type of Toyota motor vehicle, but a hostage/ rescue thriller.
Cranston will apparently play Jack O’Donnell, an Irish CIA agent from Boston and Dwight Eisenhower’s wartime bodyguard in the true life drama.
Affleck directs as well as stars as Tony Mendez, ‘the CIA agent who created a fake Hollywood production to get six American hostages out of Iran.’
