The Wolverine set to begin shooting in October

After the success of X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, comic book fans are no doubt hungry for another installment for Marvel’s mutant franchise. Lucky for them, it seems that the next WOLVERINE production is due to begin shootng soon.

Speaking to Toronto radio station CHFI (via The Playlist), Hugh Jackman said ‘We shoot in October, so it will probably come out a year after that.’ Fans will be hoping that this latest film will surpass the disappointing X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE (2009). James Mangold (WALK THE LINE) is currently set to direct THE WOLVERINE, which has seen a number directors attached so far, including Darren Aronofsky (THE BLACK SWAN).
