Rhys Ifans cast in James Bond 23?

I am currently on the road so my own personal contribution to the website this week has been interupted, a tad unreliable and seemingly disturbed by people wanting to take me for a beer, so I do apologise for that, but here we are better late than never with news that Rhys Ifans has joined the cast of James Bond 23, the next movie in the famous 007 franchise.

I can remember reading something on this over the weekend, but I quote Britain’s The Telegraph for the scoop, but apologies if this originated from elsewhere.

“Ifans will appear in the film, as well as Javier Bardem, who will play the baddie,” said The Telegraph. “Much of the filming will take place in South Africa.”

Ifans famously starred alongside, and kissed Bond himself , Daniel Craig, in the film ENDURING LOVE.

I must add that this casting is yet to be confirmed by the studio.

Ifans has just finished up work on THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN in which he plays Dr. Curt Connors.
