Well, we reported yesterday that Universal have dropped the huge budgeted THE DARK TOWER, which was all set to be directed by Ron Howard. Well, the former HAPPY DAYS star can not be too upset as he has already lined up his next project. Howard, according to Deadline, will direct UNDER THE BANNER OF HEAVEN, based on the book by Jon Krakauer, the author of Into The Wild and Into Thin Air.
The project will see Brian Grazer produce alongside Shannon Costello, Jason Bateman and Stephanie Davis.
The plot is as follows:
