THN have just received the following from Sony Picture UK, who have confirmed their involvement with this weekend’s upcoming Empire Big Screen at the 02 in London.
“The unprecedented event will feature exclusive preview screenings, Q&A sessions and master classes with actors and filmmakers, giving ticket holders the opportunity to see the best that Hollywood has to offer, up close and personal, before anyone else.”
So, what have Sony got up their sleeves for the event?
Here’s what was included in the release.
- Incredible props from ‘Men In Black 3’
- A working set and puppets from Aardman Animation’s ‘The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists’
- Amazing green screen area – Join the Pirate Captain’s crew and become a wanted Pirate!
- Talent signings on the Saturday – Roland Emmerich (Director of Independence Day, 2012 and Anonymous) and Peter Lord (Co-founder of Aardman Animation and Director of The Pirates!)
- A Blu-Ray demonstration area. See classic films re-mastered for the first time, such as Taxi Driver, Stand By Me and Easy Rider
- Giveaways, competitions and the latest Sony Pictures trailers
