Apart from his cameo in Tarantino’s INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS, and 2008’s poorly received THE LOVE GURU, Mike Myers has been almost absent from our screens these past few years, mainly reserving himself to voicing that ogre with the mild Scottish accent.
But all is about to change, as HitFix announced Myers has signed on for AUSTIN POWERS 4. There is no news yet on whether Jay Roach (DINNER FOR SCHMUCKS), director of the previous films, will return for the new sequel.
All this excitement also begs the question of whether a third WAYNE’S WORLD film has entered Mike Myers’ mind. One can only hope that it has.
