You may have read our report that Jennifer Grey, the original Baby, has given her support to HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL director Kenny Ortega rebooting the movie. Now, according to MSN, bookmakers have given odds on who will fill those dancing shoes. JT tops the list to assume the iconic Patrick Swayze role at 3/1, while THOR himself, Chris Hemsworth, is a close second at 6/1.
With those potential Johnny Castles in place, who will be the new watermelon carrier? Joint favourites are Eric’s daughter, Emma Roberts (WILD CHILD, SCREAM 4) and GLEE’S Lea Michele. It seems that nobody has mentioned Emma Watson as a potential dirty dancer, but we live in hope.
