Comic actor Adam Scott has reportedly joined production of A.C.O.D. (or adult children of divorce), according to Variety. Scott, who is best known for roles in TV’s PARKS AND RECREATION and PARTY DOWN, will play a man still dealing with his parents divorce. But when his brother is engaged to be married, must bring his family back together peacefully. Scott has more than proved his comic chops in his TV roles, and demonstrated impressive turns in the likes of STEP BROTHERS (2008). He will next be seen in the upcoming Paul Rudd starrer OUR IDIOT BROTHER, due for stateside release 26th August.
A.C.O.D. will behemlmed by Stuart Zicherman, an established screenwirter who makes his directorial debut here. It goes into production March 2012.
