So what’s this? Another variation of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES film poster? Well, yes, but this one was printed in a US newspaper to thank the residents of Pittsburgh, PA, for their involvement in the production of the Christopher Nolan movie.
Shooting on the movie now moves on to New York and Los Angeles on the filming of the third film in the series. It hits cinemas on July 20th, 2012. Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Juno Temple, Josh Pence, Daniel Sunjata, Nestor Carbonell, Matthew Modine, Tom Conti, Joey King, Brett Cullen, Chris Ellis, Josh Stewart and Christopher Judge star.
This is nothing new, but anything TDKR just rocks my world. Check it out.

Why the f*ck is this article titled “A new poster for The Dark Knight Rises?” if you say “this is nothing new” at the and of the article and the poster you show is an old one with just some minor changes to thank Pittsburgh?

Surely if you saw the preview, you’ve also seen the opening line with what it’s for and the conclusion that it’s just a general love for the interest of the film?
It is a new poster but very specific, good to have anything official with all the trolls out there making things up constantly!
