Following on from the recent production stills of Henry Cavill (STARDUST) in his Superman costume. Here was have our first look as the gleaming offices of Metropolis’ Daily Planet. The shot surprisingly does not show any signs of the green screens used throughout director Zack Snyder’s previous efforts 300, SUCKER PUNCH and WATCHMEN. If the location looks familiar it is because the same building is used in MAN OF STEEL producer Christopher Nolan’s BATMAN franchise as Wayne Industries headquarters.
MAN OF STEEL stars Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent and features an all-star cast that includes Michael Shannon (BOARDWALK EMPIRE), Kevin Costner (THE UNTOUCHABLES), Amy Adams (THE FIGHTER) and Russell Crowe (GLADIATOR) as the the equally iconic supporting characters.
