Nicolas Cage will always have a place in the hearts of cinemagoers… well mine certainly. His performances range from simply spectacular to just straight up mind-boggling. The actor has a mysterious presence on screen that at times defines the meaning charismatic, but for just how long has Nicolas Cage been alive?
A photo that resembles the star, ageing possibly as far back as the 1870s has been found by The Thanatos Archive and is now on EBAY and hoping to fetch $1million.
“Personally, I believe it’s him and that he is some sort of walking undead/vampire, who reinvents himself once every 75 years or so,” says the seller on the EBAY listing. “150 years from now, he might be a politician, the leader of a cult, or a talk show host.
As curious as the picture is the price does seem exorbitant, but with any luck Cage himself will bid for it and endeavor to solve the mystery. Let’s just hope he doesn’t use methods like Edward Malus in THE WICKER MAN.
