Jessica Chastain has certainly been busy this past year, but her profile may about rocket after the actress signed on to appear opposite Tom Cruise in TRON LEGACY director Joseph Kosinski’s as-yet-untitled sci-fi actioner.
2011 has seen a list of acclaimed roles garnered for the 30 year old. Beginning with this years earlier release of Terrence Malick’s THE TREE OF LIFE, Chastain will follow that up with THE DEBT(30th September), TEXAS KILLING FIELDS (14th October), THE HELP (28th October), TAKE SHELTER (25th November), CORIOLANUS (20th January 2012). Next year will also see her appear opposite Al Pacino in WILDE SALOME and an all-star cast in THE WETTEST COUNTY IN THE WORLD.
