He my seem like the most unlikely actor to play a giant but Shia LaBeouf will be doing just that in writer/director Gil Keenan’s (MONSTER HOUSE) new feature.
The film will be the first feature for new production company Lava Bear Films who produce alongside the Jim Henson Co. and French visual effects company BUF.
The film, currently in development under the title ‘A GIANT’, will follow the tale of a down-on-her-luck young women who moves in with her brother only to form a relationship with the 20 foot tall neighbour played by TRANSFORMERS actor LaBeouf.
After battling extraterrestrial robots, keeping tabs on serial killers and becoming embroiled with Wall Street tycoons maybe this project will see the actor return to the charm his first lead role brought in the hugely enjoyable HOLES.
