Game of Thrones star Kit Harington has had a busy year. His latest film POMPEII is set to open in cinemas in May this year, while the fourth season of Game of Thrones returns to the small screen in April. In addition, latest sources have revealed that Harington is set to join SEVENTH SON co-star Alicia Vikander in the upcoming adaptation of Vera Brittain’s World War I memoir TESTAMENT OF YOUTH.
Vikander recently replaced previously attached Saoirse Ronan and will be taking on the role of Brittain, while Harington is set to star as her fiance. Directed by James Kent (THE WHITE QUEEN) and produced by David Heyman (GRAVITY, HARRY POTTER), the film will follow the story of Vera Brittain and her experiences as a nurse in the war during which she lost her brother and fiancé.
