Jason Sudeikis Gets Into A ‘Dog Fight’

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE regular Jason Sudeikis has landed a role opposite fellow funny men Will Ferrell and Zach Galifinianakis in political comedy DOG FIGHT.

The likeable star has seen his profile rise after the success of HORRIBLE BOSSES and HALL PASS, in both of which he proved to be the best thing

DOG FIGHT is going to be directed by AUSTIN POWERS and MEET THE PARENTS’ Jay Roach and will follow the ‘dirty tricks’ campaign of political rivals in South Carolina.  The film is expected to roll before the cameras in mid-November for a release expected for August 2012.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
