To celebrate the 65th anniversary of Frank Capra’s IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE, Universal have released commemorative editions of the movie on both DVD and Blu-ray, available from 7th November.
The film, which stars James Stewart and Donna Reed, is still hailed as the Christmas classic, and has continued to capture the hearts of audiences to this day.
IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE tells the story of George Bailey (Stewart) who, after losing $8,000 is facing financial ruin and a spell in the slammer. But all is not lost, as helpful angel Clarence (Henry Travers) arrives to show George just what life in his home town would have been like had George never existed.
