We’ve recently and finally had the trailer for THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY and now we have another investigative still. Unless you’ve been crawling around in a cave searching for your precious then you’ll know it is directed by the man who brought LORD OF THE RINGS to the big screen, Peter Jackson. In THE HOBBIT, Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) journeys to the Lonely Mountain accompanied by a group of dwarves to reclaim a treasure taken from them by the dragon Smaug.

This two-part tale arrives on UK screens on December 14th 2012 and also sees lots of the LOTR cast return plus man-in-demand Benedict Cumberbatch and Stephen Fry.
