Judd Apatow returns to directing duties with KNOCKED UP spin-off, THIS IS 40. The lovable Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann return as feuding couple Debbie and Pete, and take centre stage for the film. A lot of KNOCKED UP’s laughs came from the bickering couple but they also had a lot of heart. Both actors are Apatow regulars and Mann is the director’s real-life spouse, so I’m sure more than a few comedic moments will come from their own experiences. The couple’s real children, Maude and Iris, will also return.
Take a look at the first still from the film, set a few years after the events of KNOCKED UP. Joining Rudd and Mann will be Megan Fox, Melissa McCarthy, Jason Segal, Chris O’Dowd, John Lithgow and the brilliant Albert Brooks.
