With a cast including Bruce Willis, Sigournery Weaver and Henry Cavill, THE COLD LIGHT OF DAY was always set to be a promising, action packed conspiracy film, and now that Summit Entertainment have released the first trailer, it seems that inital hopes will not be squadered.
The movie follows Will Shaw (Cavill), whose family are kidnapped whilst on holiday in Spain. The plot takes a turn beyond traditional efforts to track down those responsible when his father, Martin (Willis) reveals that his government job as a business consultant is merely a cover for his work with the CIA. Will is then faced with only hours to solve the puzzle between the disappearence of his family and his father’s secrets.
THE COLD LIGHT OF DAY is set for release on 6th April and is directed by Mabrouk El Merchi.
