Each year BAFTA create custom posters for each film nominated in its Best Picture category to grace the cover of their award show brochures. 2012’s nominees are 5 of the years finest, namely THE ARTIST, THE DESCENDANTS, THE HELP, TINKER, TAILOR, SOLDIER, SPY and Oscar-shunned DRIVE. Designed by Eda Akaltun and StudioSmall, the minimalist images manage to fully represent the five nominated features through a combination each movie’s tone and stand-out moments (including that pie from THE HELP).
