It seems that summer 2012 is going to be jam-packed with superhero/comic book adaptation films, as new images from the MEN IN BLACK 3 have been released.
Ten years after MIB 2, the new instalment sees Will Smith’s Agent J go back in time to save Tommy Lee Jones/Josh Brolin’s Agent K from assassination. Of course, going back in time sees Mr Smith travel back to the 1960s and the images below show some extras sporting questionable attire. However, Smith is looking on fine alien-fighting form and can still jump on and off cars. It also looks like the casting team made a great pick with Josh Brolin, as he looks as if he could be Tommy Lee Jones’ son!
MIB 3 also stars Emma Thompson as Agent O, Jemaine Clement (of FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS fame), Nicole Scherzinger (of the pop star variety) and Bill Hader starring as Andy Warhol. Barry Sonnenfeld – who directed MIB 1 and 2 – is behind #3 and with a budget of $215million, be sure to expect big things.
MEN IN BLACK 3 is scheduled for release in 3D from 25th May, 2012.

Considering Jazmine grew up watching CARRY ON SCREAMING, THE LION KING and JURASSIC PARK on repeat for weeks on end, it made sense for her to study film at London South Bank University. It’s also a good thing that her course requires a lot of sitting down because she’s very accident-prone. When she’s not examining her bruises, she likes pretending that she doesn’t live in Southend-On-Sea and spends hours mindlessly blogging. Favourite films include BLUE VALENTINE, ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and TOY STORY 2.
