Only one film’s trailer could top today’s epic attempt from THE AVENGERS (or whatever they are calling it in the UK now) and that film is PIRANHA 3DD! Well, okay maybe not but I for one, am looking forward to see how more utterly bonkers the sequel to Alexandre Aja’s over-the-top gorefest, PIRANHA 3D could get.
The remake of Joe Dante’s cult JAWS rip-off was such a blast and featured a terrific cast in the likes of Adam Scott, Elizabeth Shue, Ving Rhames and Christopher Lloyd. The new sequel, PIRANHA 3DD, is directed by FEAST’s John Gulager, and will see the prehistoric flesh-eating fish this time joined by their much bigger Mums and Dads; to feast on a newly opened teen-filled water park. Ving Rhames’ returning deputy Sheriff, uttering the immortal lines ‘Bring me my legs’, will surely go down in film history! Take a look.
PIRANHA 3DD stars Danielle Panabaker, David Koechner, Allison Mack, Katrina Bowden, Chris Zylka, alongside returnees Rhames and Christopher Lloyd. Cameos also feature Gary Busey and David Hasselhoff.
