Here we have our first set of images from the set of Michael Bay’s muscle-bound crime thriller PAIN OR GAIN. Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson star in the true-life story of a criminal gang of body-builders whose plot to kidnap a millionaire businessman, and extort a huge amount of money, ultimately turns fatal. Joining Wahlberg and Johnson will be Ed Harris, Tony Shaloub, Rebel Wilson, Bar Paly, Rob Corddry and Anthony Mackie.
Just as we’re thinking Bay could be making a pretty great piece of cinema, and telling an interesting story for a change, we now have word that the very annoying Ken Jeong, who previously starred in Bay’s dreadful TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON, will join the cast. Jeong has made ‘annoying’ an art form with roles in THE HANGOVER and it’s sequel, as well as this dire trio BIG MOMMAS HOUSE: LIKE FATHER LIKE SON, VAMPIRES SUCK and COUPLES RETREAT.
