Neeson Takes Aim In First Shot From Taken 2!

It’s been four years since Liam Neeson traveled to France, in an attempt to save his annoying kidnapped daughter Maggie Grace from a perverse sex-slave ring. The 2008 Luc Besson produced action-thriller, in which the Irish acting legend was swiftly turned into an action hero, saw Neeson star as retired C.I.A. operative Bryan Mills. TAKEN was huge enjoyable hit and there can’t be many people who didn’t enjoy the SCHINDLER’S LIST Acadamy Award-nominee, taking out a room full Parisian villains with such ass-kicking skill.

TRANSPORTER 3 director Oliver Megaton takes over Pierre Morel for sequel TAKEN 2. THN has the first image of Neeson’s Mills, taking aim with a pistol while traveling on a train. The film hits cinemas 5th October and co-stars the returning Grace, Famke Janssen and Leland Orser. SNATCH’s Rade Serbedzija will play the films main villain, a father to one of the kidnappers previously killed by Mills and who is out for revenge!

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
