TV Spot Released For Ice Age: Continental Drift

If you haven’t had enough of ICE AGE just yet, then keep reading! We present to you the brand new TV spot for the upcoming fourth installment ICE AGE: CONTINENTAL DRIFT.

Nut-hungry Scrat changes the world just by hunting his favourite snack meaning Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo) and Diego (Denis Leary) are forced into an adventure of a life-time – tracking down lost family, finding new love and bumping into…a pack of pirates!  If you thought the last three films had a celeb-filled cast list, you haven’t seen (or should that be heard?) anything yet; the fourth installment features Seann William Scott, Queen Latifah, Chris Wedge, Josh Peck, Keke Palmer, Peter Dinklage, Aziz Ansari, Nicki Minaj, Nick Frost, Jennifer Lopez, Drake, Wanda Sykes, Rebel Wilson, Heather Morris, Josh Gad and Joy Behar, amongst many more famous voices.

Considering the first three films have made a grand total of over $1.9 billion (from my calculations) I think that this may do rather well. Add in the fact that CONTINENTAL DRIFT features Nicki Minaj and Drake – two of the biggest hip hop artists in the business – the film could draw in a new wave of fans.

ICE AGE: CONTINENTAL DRIFT, directed by Mike Thurmeier and Steve Martino, has a release date of 13th July 2012.

Considering Jazmine grew up watching CARRY ON SCREAMING, THE LION KING and JURASSIC PARK on repeat for weeks on end, it made sense for her to study film at London South Bank University. It’s also a good thing that her course requires a lot of sitting down because she’s very accident-prone. When she’s not examining her bruises, she likes pretending that she doesn’t live in Southend-On-Sea and spends hours mindlessly blogging. Favourite films include BLUE VALENTINE, ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and TOY STORY 2.
