Slick New Trailer Released For Premium Rush

Back in April we gave you a look at some ace stills from the upcoming action thriller PREMIUM RUSH, starring the very talented Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Two months later, we present the trailer which gives us a much better look at what’s to come.

Gordon-Levitt stars as Wilee, a speedy biker who delivers parcels across bustling Manhattan. That is, until he is given a mysterious envelope with a message –  somebody somewhere wants to kill him. As Wilee battles oncoming traffic, pedestrians and those damn yellow taxis, his co-workers try to track him down before someone else does. Directed by David Koepp (GHOST TOWN), PREMIUM RUSH also stars Michael Shannon (TAKE SHELTER), Aaron Tveit (LES MISERABLES), Jamie Chung (SUCKER PUNCH), Dania Ramirez (X-MEN: THE LAST STAND) and Aasif Mandvi (THE LAST AIRBENDER).

The trailer is so fast-paced and exciting (and a little travel-sick inducing) but doesn’t really give a lot of vital information away. However, we are shown many amazing bike stunts and almost-hits (keep an eye out for the lorry trick at the end!) If I were you, I’d take a sick-bag just in case…

PREMIUM RUSH, directed by David Koepp, is due for release from 24th August 2012.
