Forthcoming male stripper comedy MAGIC MIKE, will see the pecks of Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer and Matthew McConnaughey unite to make ladies squeal in delight… and us men jealous as hell. Directed by Steven Soderbergh, MAGIC MIKE is actually loosely based on Tatum’s exploits to make ends meet as a young male stripper. A job that certainly hasn’t hurt his attempts to became the superstar model and actor we see him as now.
Below THN has 12 clips from the film, which is due for release 11th July. There is almost ten minutes of footage here and early word on the movie is that Soderbergh has crafted great fun-filled feature for ladies and lads alike. MAGIC MIKE also co-stars Olivia Munn, Cody Horn, Joe Manganiello, Kevin Nash, Riley Keough and Adam Rodriguez.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
