First Clip From Silent Hill: Revelation 3D

Perhaps I needed to know the video game but I hadn’t a clue what the hell was going on when I saw Christophe Gans’ SILENT HILL. Obviously the disturbing imagery and gruesome effects were memorable, but I was more than a little mystified with the plot and some of the questions it posed. Was that the point? I’m still waiting to know 72 months later.

Forthcoming follow-up, SILENT HILL: REVELATION 3D, will hopefully hold the answers to make sense of the madness I saw on screen. Returning from the first film are Radha Mitchell, Sean Bean and Deborah Kara Unger alongside newcomers Adelaide Clemens, Malcolm McDowell, Carrie Anne Moss, Martin Donavan and Kit Harington. British writer and director Michael J. Bassett is this time at the helm.

Below is the first red-band clip, just screened at this years Comic-Con, from the sequel released on 31st October, the scariest night of the year! Could be promising…
