OZ: THE GREAT AND POWERFUL amazed us last week with its trailer and now we have some stunning stills to share. By the looks of these, Sam Raimi has really captured a fantastic and colourful world. I believe Raimi won’t be going the way of Tim Burton in ALICE IN WONDERLAND (2010) with all visual and no story, but gorgeous scenery never hurt. It’s doubtful it will meet the classical charm of the original, but who knows? It’s great to see Raimi not wallowing around in post SPIDER-MAN blues. Take a gander at some of these.
OZ: THE GREAT AND POWERFUL is released 8th March 2013. It stars James Franco, Mila Kunis, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz, and Zach Braff.
