Here’s a look at the first stills released for serial killer thriller THE FROZEN GROUND starring Nicolas Cage, Vanessa Hudgens and John Cusack. The film is based on a true story, in which Robert Hansen (Cusack) kidnapped a number of women, released them into the wilds of Alaska and then hunted them. Hudgens will play Cindy Paulson, the only girl to escape and Nicolas Cage will play state trooper Jack Halcombe.
It will be great to see Cusack in a very disturbing and creepy role, and this could also be Hudgens’ breakout into more adult/serious roles.
THE FROZEN GROUND will be released in the US from 30th November 2012. It stars Nicolas Cage, John Cusack, Vanessa Hugens, Radha Mitchell and Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson.
