Back at the start of July we reported on some new details that had been revealed surrounding the mystery (and brain maze) that is CLOUD ATLAS. Adapted from author David Mitchell’s novel – and directed by trio Tom Tykwer, Lana and Andy Wachowski – we are transported back through space to focus on a group of characters who seem to move through time. Apparently, everyone who has signed up to the project will play at least six individual characters. So while you’re stuffing yourself full of popcorn, make sure to keep an eye on who is who or you’ll be very confused!
These new stills give us a look at some of the characters who are set to appear. The costumes look stunning and if you take a look at who’s wearing them (Mr Tom Hanks and the legend that is Jim Broadbent) I think we’re in for a treat.
CLOUD ATLAS co-stars Halle Berry, Hugh Grant, Hugo Weaving, Jim Sturgess, Ben Whishaw, Susan Sarandon, James D’Arcy and Keith David. It is due to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
