With the last outing in THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS franchise being the highest grossing yet, was there any real doubt another would soon be on the way? The leave-your-brain-at-the-door series will be back on the big-screen next summer with regular cast members Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson returning for another ride in their pimped out vehicles… or rather, another massive payday.
News has surfaced that model and actress Clara Paget will join the other newcomers to the series, including Luke Evans, Rihanna and Gina Carano. The fast-paced flick will transport the action to Europe – more specifically, London’s Picadilly Circus – for the film’s major plot set-piece. Paget has featured in previous masterpieces JOHNNY ENGLISH REBORN, ST. TRINIANS 2 and MIDSOMER MURDERS! Set for release 24th May 2013, FAST AND FURIOUS 6 has Justin Lin at the helm for his fourth in the franchise.
